Please note: We apologize but we are only able to ship domestic (US) orders at this time.  All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail or Priority Mail within 2 business days of your order date.  A Shipping Confirmation with be sent for your package once your order ships. Orders should be received within 2-7 days from purchase.

For orders shipping to an address within the contiguous United States, we offer free USPS First Class Mail shipping on any standard size purchase over $75. Purchases under $75 will ship for a flat rate of $8. Any oversized shipments will be a flat rate of $15.

LOCAL DELIVERY (Bend Oregon only!)- Please indicate address you would like us to deliver your package or gift to as well as a good phone number to reach you so that we can arrange a delivery!

Not In Love With Your Purchase? 

We’ll gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, merchandise with original tags attached. If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please mail it back to us within 21 days of your order date for a full credit of the costs of the item or item(s) onto a vanilla gift card. 

Once your return is received and processed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and the details of your gift card. You can redeem online (or in store) and instructions on how to use it will be included. Please note: We do not issue refunds.

Please include the original packing slip or order number with your items when you mail them back.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend first purchasing the new item on our site to ensure that we have the stock available, and then sending back the original.  If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, feel free to contact us and we’ll assist you. hello@shopvanilla.com

Please Note

Reduced and Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Beauty items, jewelry, swimwear, and intimate items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

If 21 days have gone by since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately you will not be eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any items, choose any carrier you like. Please include your original invoice or order number in the return package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in original condition: unused, tags attached and in the same condition that you received it. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a store credit.
